We are a full service general contractor providing everything needed to complete your basement project from the design and planning to the final finish items and everything in between.
How Our Process Works
- At the initial consultation we can walk through your basement and discuss layout ideas and finishes. Upon review of proposal we can answer any questions or provide any requested information
- A detailed quote is provided, including options requested
- Review the proposal and answer any questions or concerns
- When you choose to move forward with the project, we will meet to finalize the design and start to make selections
- If there are cabinets in the project you will meet with our cabinet designer in your home
- We have a design center we work with for you to select all flooring, tile, and countertops
- The schedule is provided reflecting the agreed-upon start date
- A floor plan is provided for review
- City permit is pulled
- Selections are ordered
- Project starts on the scheduled date
- Throughout the project, we are there for you to answer any questions you have
- Upon completion, we walk through to confirm everything is completed to your satisfaction
